LPG conversion grant?

Hello- does anyone know if you can still get a grant to convert your
vehicle to LPG ? thanks alot.

No. Powershift grants for England and Wales ended last year, as did
the Autogas+ grants for Scotland. At one time, the Energy Savings
Trust, which oversees the grants, said that there was money alloted
for a new grant scheme, but there was some sort of hold up due to
European rules. Now their website FAQ says "It is unlikely that grants
will be available for LPG vehicles in the foreseeable future."

Thanks for that info- would you say its not really worth paying for a
conversion? Am I better off sticking with a Diesel Fiesta? TIA
