Will anyone tell me if and where I can fill up with LPG while driving
through Spain?
Or in Gibraltar? Or North Africa?
I'm talking about LPG in bulk from filling stations, not propane or butane
gas in bottles.
I've not found any difficulty in topping up with LPG in France, but once
over the border into Spain there doesn't seem to be the same availability.
Am I missing something? Is LPG called something else in Spanish?
Is their an EU ruling on dispensing LPG that might affect Spanish operation?
Any answers? Any direct experience?

Hello Mike,

I've put all the informations (about LPG-Stations, filling-nozzle, ..) at
the following page:
- [autogas-forum.de] : LPG-Stations Spain
http://www.autogas-forum.de/lpg-stations/e-lpg-stations.htm
- [autogas-forum.de] LPG-stations Spain with a table of the station
generated at 2/2004 with our online-database (with prices)
http://www.autogas-forum.de/lpg-stations/e-lpg-stations-complete-2-2004.htm

If you've refilled your LPG-vehicle in Spain, mail us the actual price of
the stations.
We will insert them into our database. www.gas-tankstellen.de/_en/
So it will be usefull to all of the lpg-drivers.

Have a nice trip.

They didn't used to sell to the public but the tax regime has changed
If you do a search for Repsol it will give you the location of the stations
but presently there are very few stations only nine Repsol public stations
in the whole of the Spanish mainland
